
Full Terms and Conditions
The promotion of Maybank Rewards [CO1] (“Promotion”) is organized by Maybank Philippines, a corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine law, with principal office at 4/F Maybank Corporate Centre Annex, 7th Avenue corner 28th Street Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1634; referred to herein as the (“Organizer”). The Promotion is administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Singapore (UEN: 201923399W) 1 Harbour Front Ave, Keppel Bay Tower, #05-02 Singapore 098632, referred to herein as the (“Administrator”). All correspondence regarding this Promotion should be directed to this address or through the Promotional Helpline set out in Section E.12. By participating in this Promo, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. The decisions of the Organizer for all matters relating to the Promo shall be final and binding in all respects.

C. HOW TO QUALIFY
1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, Entrants must complete at least one (1) of the following qualifying transactions “Qualifying Transactions”:
a. Unique Username and PIN
b. Unclickable URL to the Travel Credits platform https://en-ph.travelcredits.com
5. The name on the hotel booking must match the name of the qualifying customer. Any bookings made under a different name may be subject to cancellation, voucher rendered invalid or being turned away upon hotel check in.

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.
2. Without limiting any other terms of these Terms and Conditions, the Reward must be utilized as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement.
3. In the event the Promotion is unable to proceed as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer or the Administrator reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, subject to any written approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.
4. The Organizer is not responsible for any tax implications arising from an Entrant winning or redeeming a Reward. Entrants should seek independent financial advice.
5. The Organizer is not liable for Rewards claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
6. Entrants must not:
a. tamper with the entry or participation process.
b. engage in any conduct that may jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
c. act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner.
d. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Organizer or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion.
e. breach of any law; or
f. behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
g. the use and/or taking of a Reward.
7. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason, including by outside act, agent or event that is beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer or the Administrator, including but not limited to technical difficulties, epidemic, pandemic, government directive, public health orders and the like, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Organizer or the Administrator reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any direction by a relevant regulatory authority:

9. to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
10. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on an Entrant providing the Administrator with Personal Information (PI) necessary to conduct this Promotion. the Administrator will use, and handle PI as set out in the Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.tlcworldwide.com/privacy-policy/. If any dispute arises between an Entrant and the Organizer or the Administrator concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a Prize and/or Reward, the Organizer and the Administrator will take reasonable steps to consider the Entrant's point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence they put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Organizer and the Administrator decisions in respect of the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. No compensation will be payable to any person if a winner is unable to participate in the time and manner set out in these Terms and Conditions for whatever reason.

13. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Entrants provide information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. Entrants completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.

F. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
1. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
2. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Promotional Website.
3. Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
4. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion via their unique email address. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any reward awarded will be withdrawn.
5. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
6. The Promoter may refuse to allocate a reward in the event of any participant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if a Reward has been awarded.
7. Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policies.
8. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
9. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
10. By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees:
a. to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by all applicable laws and by the decisions of Promoter which shall be binding and final;
b. to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Terms & Conditions
c. to waive all his or her rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Promo; and
d. That all personal details submitted by each user must be accurate, complete and are subject to provision of proof upon request of the Promoter. Any inaccurate or incomplete information found in a submission will result in disqualification of the user
e. That the Promoter has the sole discretion to disqualify any photograph or screenshot which may be obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, threatening, harassing, libelous, deceptive, invasive of another’s privacy, offensive or inappropriate in any manner whatsoever
f. That the Promoter reserve the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the Promotion and/or the reward for the Promotion and/or the duration/timing of the Promo, at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason
g. To grant the Promoter irrevocable consent in perpetuity to the use his/her and/or person’s involved name, photographs, video submitted and/or taken during the reward distribution in connection with the Promo, in any and all applications including but not limited to advertising, commercials, promotion, stories, text, articles and commercial exploitation, in any and all media forms, including but not limited to radio, broadcast and television, newspapers and magazines at any time without the Entrant’s further knowledge or consent
h. Promoter shall not be responsible for any complaints regarding the quality of the prize. The manufacturer shall continue to be liable for the prizes, wherever applicable.
i. To forever and irrevocably agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with:
j. the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights;
k. typographical or printing errors in these Official Rules or any Promotional materials;
l. acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or wilful misconduct in connection with the use of a reward (or any component thereof);
m. any change in the prizing (or any components thereof) due to unavailability or due to reasons beyond the Released Parties control, including but not limited to by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi- governmental entity (whether or not such action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labour dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labour or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot or any other cause beyond any of the Released Parties’ control, or as otherwise permitted in these Terms & Conditions Rules;
n. any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation or modification of the Promotion;
o. human error;
p. incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of any entry (including, without limitation, the registration information or any parts thereof);
q. any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Page or any telephone network, computer system, computer online system, mobile device, computer timing and/or dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider, or mail service utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an Participant;
r. interruption or inability to access the Promotion, the Page or any other Promo-related websites or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems;
s. any damage to participant’s (or any third person’s) equipment used to access the Promotion and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Promotion;
t. any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions;
u. any late, lost, stolen, mutilated, misdirected, delayed, garbled, corrupted, destroyed, incomplete, undeliverable, or damaged entries;
v. any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties;
w. lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof);
x. the negligence or wilful misconduct by Participant; and/or
y. violation on any rule, regulation, law regarding Covid-19 prevention and safety.
11. Warranty: Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Promotion, including the Page and/or all reward component(s), are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose or non-infringement.
12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that: a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any reward awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promo, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and c) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Entrants agree that the statute of limitations for asserting any claims shall be a period of one (1) year from the time the cause of action accrued, or the cause of action shall be forever barred.
13. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during the Promotion will be collected by the Promoter or its designee and used by Promoter’s, its affiliates, designees, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfilment of Promotion as described in these Terms & Conditions and in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the promotion and Maybank’s Privacy Policy, accessible at https://www.Maybank/privacypolicy.[CO7]
14. WINNER WAIVER OF CLAIMS: By accepting a Promotion Prize, a winner agrees to voluntarily waive, release and relinquish any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, remedies, demands, debts, obligations, causes of action and/or claims for relief (collectively “Claims”) that a winner may have against the Released Parties and agrees to discharge, to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from all Claims arising out of or relating to the Promotion and/or a Promotion Prizes, including but not limited to Claims for bodily injury, personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or death and/or dismemberment (collectively “Damages”) occurring to a winner or others. In addition, by accepting a Prize, a winner agrees to be responsible to research the details about a reward including any inherent dangers associated with a reward and as a result agrees to accept personal responsibility for any such dangers and any resulting Damages.
CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, THE PAGE, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
SCHEDULE 1 – ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRAVEL CREDITS REWARD
1. The picture of prizes depicted on the press ads/posters/digital materials etc. are for reference or representation only.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to verify identity and may cancel any booking that does not meet these conditions.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Promotion or its terms without prior notice and to cancel or terminate the Promotion at any time, provided that a minimum of one (1) week's advance notice is given.
4. Customers of the Organizer are entitled to the following Travel Credits under this Promotion:
i. 15% discount capped at Php500.00 on Travel Credits bookings for all qualified clients of the Organizer
5. Discount applies to accommodation bookings made via the Travel Credits platform, subject to the availability of participating properties at the time of booking. The accommodations list is dynamic and may change based on promotional availability or operational adjustments. Please note that bookings are limited to the Travel Credits platform only and do not include other services available on Expedia, such as rental cars or other travel-related products.
6. There is no limit to the number of bookings that may be made by each Entrant during the Promotional Period. However, the maximum discount that may be claimed through the dedicated booking platform per Travel Credits login account is capped at Php500.00. The credit value is not subject to foreign exchange fluctuations.
7. Bookings must be made via the dedicated Booking platform only.
8. Customers must make their bookings at least 3 days in advance from the intended check-in date. Same-day or next-day bookings are not permitted under this Promotion.
9. The Travel Credits discount, Username and PIN are strictly non-transferable and must be utilised only by the Entrant to whom it has been awarded. The travel credits booking must be made under the full name of the Entrant, and the email address used during booking must match the one registered on the Organizer's database. Any booking made using a different name or email will be considered a breach of the Promotion's Terms & Conditions and may lead to the deactivation of the Travel Credits booking platform account.
10. The registered Entrant must be physically present at the hotel during check-in and stay. A person cannot book on behalf of the registered entrant. Additional verification may be required. The Administrator has the right to ask proof of identification for verification purposes (e.g. English vs Pinyin name) through call or email.
11. For any bulk or multi-room bookings (i.e., 2 rooms or more), the registered entrant’s name must be on the booking, and they must be present during the stay for all rooms booked. All such bookings must be pre-approved by the Organizer. To request approval, please email: customerservice@maybankreward.com[CO8] . The same Terms & Conditions apply to every occupant of each room under the booking.
12. The Administrator reserves the right to cancel any booking that is found to be non-compliant with the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion. No refunds will be issued for any bookings that are cancelled due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to name/email mismatches, unauthorised transfers, or unapproved bookings.
13. Cancellations and amendments are subject to the individual cancellation policies of the selected accommodation (hotel, resort, etc.), which can be reviewed under ‘Your Documents’ after login.
14. All Travel Credits bookings are subject to the individual terms, availability, and cancellation policies of the participating accommodation providers. Entrants are strongly encouraged to review these policies prior to booking and to obtain comprehensive travel insurance. The Organiser and Administrator accept no liability for changes, cancellations, or disruptions beyond their reasonable control.
15. To cancel or amend a booking, Entrants must log in to the booking platform, click on “My Bookings” > “Cancel/amend booking”. If assistance is required, the Entrant is to send a request in writing, by email to customerservice@maybankreward.com [CO9] between 9.30am to 4:30pm on weekdays, excluding Public Holidays.
16. Requests must be received no later than an hour before close of business. Requests for cancellations or amendments are not guaranteed. In certain cases, changes may not be permitted, and full cancellation charges may therefore apply.
17. Penalties or charges may apply for cancellations outside of the eligible window, or for non-refundable bookings.
18. Refunds for cancelled bookings (where applicable) will take at least 30 days to process, in accordance with PayPal’s refund policy.
